The Lebanon McKendree Thanksgiving Boys Basketball Tournament was held from Friday November 26th to Saturday December 4th, 2010.
The Nashville Hornets won the championship game against Wesclin by a score of 36-21. Madision over Lebanon in the Third Place game, Alton Marquette Catholic 42-29 over Columbia in the Fifth place game with Piasa Southwestern 59-48 over Freeburg in the Seventh Place game.
