The Indians went 4-0 in the Du Quoin Tip-Off Classic to start the year. Earning special honors in the Tip-Off Classic were Matt Gossett as the MVP and Marcus Clarry winning the Sportsmanship Award. All-Tourney team Matt Gossett (SR), J.C. Davis, Du Quoin (JR), and Jamor Reed, Du Quoin (SR).
